Bug Fix
Fix players put into the game during warmup no longer get stuck in death cam
Fix the 10 second bomb warning now plays at the right time
Fixed server crashes caused by team changes during map changes and by spamming the team menu

Bug Fix
Fixed a short gap after admin reloads where staff could lose their permissions.
Fixed staff getting swapped out to spectator by VIPs from the queue. Staff now keep their spot. They still don't skip the queue themselves.
Fixed admins who used stealth while waiting in the queue getting moved back into the game the next round.
Fixed the team selection menu sometimes popping up for admins after using stealth, which could force them onto a team and break stealth.
